There were good quick little summaries for the areas, but this book really lacked the detail I was looking for. Basically you could get everything in this book by spending a little time to google where you are going. It was nice to have it all consolidated, but I was looking for something with more 'local knowledge'
Living here I thought it would give me new ideas on what to see. Not really.
The book has an excellent wagon wheel of destinations around Sacramento to hit will simple planned routes. It is a must have for any one living in the Sacramento region.
